What happens after the one-time setup?
Implementation includes 14-day hypercare. Ongoing support requires Managed Care. Base tier covers hosting, basic security updates, and up to 2 support hours/month. Premium tier adds ongoing agent optimizations and up to 5 support hours/month. Contact us for current pricing.
Do I need to bring my own API keys?
LLM API keys are included in every plan. Usage is billed monthly based on consumption, so you only pay for what your agents actually use. For third-party integrations, you still connect your own integration credentials.
Can I add more agents or playbooks later?
Absolutely. You can add specialized teams (like Marketing) as add-ons at any time. Custom playbook development is available as a standalone engagement.
What if I want to cancel?
There are no long-term contracts. The monthly plan is month-to-month. If you cancel, we provide a structured export of your customer data and operating history. Monarck infrastructure, proprietary playbooks, and managed service runbooks are not transferred.
